Our Story
Meet the team behind Active Results Collaborative
Active Results Collaborative (ARC) is the brainchild of Cheryl Rak and Robin Read. Cheryl and Robin decided to join together to create a local marketing agency that included both their expertise.
When the pandemic lockdown became reality in April 2020 they realized that local businesses needed help pivoting from in-person brick and mortar to offering digital online products and services.
In July 2020 ARC was officially launched as a corporation. Cheryl and Robin jumped in with local, community-driven digital marketing strategies that helped keep businesses connected and open for business.
We create happy clients by actively working to bring results in a collaborative way.
Our Process
With over 20 years of traditional and digital marketing experience, specializing in local business and non-profit branding and marketing; we have developed a process that gets results. Our clients tell us they love the flexibility our agreements provide because they get to use us as much, or as little as they want—depending on their unique goals and budget.

Discovery and Exploration
We get to know you during a discovery call, and learn about your needs, pain points, and requirements. We provide you with an estimate for our services, and share a Master Services Agreement for both parties to sign once we’ve agreed upon the nitty-gritty details.

Based on the goals you’ve identified, we develop a plan to help you achieve them. Whether it’s a new website, branded swag for an event, or monthly social media content, we ensure we cover all the bases and answer any questions you have.

Our team pulls out all the stops to complete your marketing and branding work, ensuring we stay on schedule and on budget every step of the way. We keep you up to date so you’re never in the dark. Then, you get to enjoy the results as your business reaches its goals.

Director of Operations
Cheryl Rak brings a wealth of experience in branding, content creation, and digital strategy to her role as co-founder of Active Results Collaborative. Cheryl has over 25 years of print and marketing experience including production and project management. Cheryl is passionate about community and uses experience with developing customer loyalty brand campaigns to help develop marketing strategies helping local, community-driven businesses and organizations thrive in the new digital economy.
